In version 8 or later of PortraitPro Studio, select the Preferences or Settings option in the menu to choose how color profiles are used. PortraitPro Studio is a color-managed application and will use your monitor color profile to display colors.
In other versions of PortraitPro color profiles are preserved, so the file you save out will have the same color profile as the one you loaded. However for those versions the color profile of the monitor is not used for displaying colors on the screen.
